The main objective of this work package is to reach and propose better solutions for the target micro-moulding machine. SONO”R”US aims to use the information obtained during the validation tests of the machines developed in the project to improve and to better control the quality of the part production. Additionally, the ultrasound system could be optimized according to the conclusions of experts within the consortium after industrial validation studies.
In parallel with the results from WP3 (Market studies and new business opportunities), different viability studies will be developed in order to check the possibilities for re-adapting the SONO”R”US machine from micro-moulding field to new and further market possibilities.
