The overall goal of the Project Management is to make sure that the defined objectives of the IP are realised within the conditions of time, budget, effectiveness and quality of output. Also, Gender aspect is considerate during the course of this project.
Objectives:
- To coordinate and manage the project activities in administrative, technical and financial terms.
- To ensure the quality of the project outcomes.
- To ensure communication between the consortium and the REA, and within the project partners.
- To manage project related risks and to troubleshoot araising problems
